E WAVE

Because of the high number of grooves in the meter, the micro wave (E), which has excellent surface crush strength, gives the best results in comparison to all other wave types. It is also light. Used in non-durable consumer goods and gift packaging. Not suitable for box construction. The number of grooves per meter is 275-310, and the height of the grooves is between 1.15mm and 1.65mm.

B WAVE

B is more durable than the others but has a surface that is more suitable for printing than others. It is widely used in the production of molded boxes in the packaging of all kinds of products, in particular in the packaging of products that are themselves carriers. In the fine wave, the number of grooves per meter varies between 150-184 and the height of the groove ranges from 2.1 mm to 2.9 mm.

C WAVE

This type of wave, which emerges after B wave and has good properties in both, is a good carrier. It gives good results in printing. The number of grooves in the coarse wave at one meter varies between 120-145 and the height of the groove ranges from 3.5 mm to 3.7 mm.

F WAVE

The number of grooves per meter is 310-420, and the height of the grooves is between 0.90 mm and 1.10 mm. It is generally used in thin paper (in chocolate and biscuit boxes). It also gives excellent results thanks to its various usage in fancy boxes.

EB WAVE

It is produced as a duplex (Double) wave which consists of one micro and one thin wave machine from corrugated line. The number of grooves per meter varies between 150 and 184 and its height is between about 4.2 mm and 5.8 mm.

EE WAVE

It is produced as duplex (double) wave which consists of two micro wave machines working from corrugated line. The number of grooves in one meter varies between 275 and 310 and its height is between 2.3 mm and 3.3 mm.

BC WAVE

One thin and one coarse wave from the corrugated line is produced as a duplex (Double) wave consisting of the operation of the machine. The number of grooves in one meter varies between 120 and 145 and its height is between 7 mm and 7.4 mm.

CE WAVE

It is produced as a duplex (Double) wave which consists of one coarse and one micro wave machine from the corrugated line. The number of grooves in one meter varies between 120 and 145 and its height is between 7 mm and 7.4 mm.

FE WAVE

It is produced as duplex (Double) wave which consists of one Micro and F wave machine from corrugated line. The number of grooves per meter varies from 266 to 290 and its height is between 1.8 mm and 2.7 mm.
